What happens if my event is canceled or postponed?


Payments are non refundable. In the event that your booking must be cancelled or postponed, a store credit will remain on your Beats 2 Geaux account for future use with any of our service offerings or rentals. Credits do not expire. Event rebookings are subject to date availability. 1 complimentary rebooking allowed within the same calendar year. $200 rebooking fee will apply for additional rebookings. How far do you travel?


Beats 2 Geaux services up to 130 miles from the Alexandria, Pineville areas. Free delivery is available within 60 miles. Additional travel mileage is billed @ 1.50 per mile, round trip. Events over 60 miles may require a minimum purchase amount. For a detailed quote, fill in your event info here.




How do I send you the music that I want?


There are a ton of great music features included with our easy to use, stress free online planning tools and music request system. Sign In to your Beats 2 Geaux Planner account, then select the 'Plan My Event' button. Here you will have full access the music tools and planning forms to plan your perfect playlist. For the best experience, a desktop computer or large tablet is recommended. Access your account 24/7 and plan your entire event on the go! Click here to recover your password.
Search for songs, build playlists, view top hits, song suggestions, connect with your spotify account, or type in your own songs using the dropdown / tab options at the top of your screen. Once you find the song you want, drag and drop to the playlist on the right or click the select button. Special version of a song you found on youtube? We've got you covered. Just paste a link in the comments next to your request. We'll search for the high quality version and make sure that we have the best tack avilable for your big day! Not sure what to add? No worries, we'll be happy to fill in the gaps. We are skilled DJ's after all. Rest assured, you can choose as much or as little music as you'd like. If you need suggestions, take a look at the 'Top Hits' section using the dropdown / tabs at the top of the music request system or just get in touch. We're here to help!




Do I need a closed indoor venue?


No. Beats 2 Geaux has hosted a ton of ourdoor events! A large tent or open outdoor area will be perfect, as long as the equipment is fully covered and protected from the elements. Also, appropriate power arrangements will need to be made in advance. If you need help with portable power or tent / canopy rentals, please contact us.




Can you provide music and microphones for my wedding ceremony?


Absolutely! We'll make sure that everything sounds perfect. The "Ceremony Music Service" upgrade is available as an add-on to your entertainment package, and includes EV® ELX Professional Sound, Shure® Professional Wireless Lapel / Body Pack Microphone (Up to 200' Distance), Fully Customized Ceremony Music with Online Ceremony Planning. Additional microphones, stands, and instrument connections are available for rental. View all available add-ons and upgrades on the Packages & Pricing page here. Additional travel fee may apply if your ceremony is being held in a seperate remote location. Please contact us for details or to upgrade your booking. Adding ceremony music services will extend hours billed for your selected entertainment package. Ceremony add on is required, even if your ceremony is in the same room. Beats 2 Geaux does not attend rehersals, but rest assured we will coordinate with you to make sure that everything is timed to perfection.




How do I lock in my date and confirm my booking?


A 50% non-refundable booking retainer fee is due at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your selected date(s). Submit your retainer payment online by signing in to your planner account, and selecting the 'Make A Payment' option, or by calling us at (318) 596-0233. Once your payment is processed, your date reservation will instantly be "locked in". Availability remains open to new potential bookings until your event has been confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, sign in anytime to make payments on the remaining balance at your convenience. Just pay off your account before your event date. Due to limited availability, "Peak Season" dates may require a minimum purchase amount.




How do I make changes or add upgrades to my booking?


Request changes to your booking 24/7 by signing in to your Beats 2 Geaux Planner account at www.beats2geaux.com - Click on the 'Event Details' button. Scroll to the bottom of the event details page, then click 'Request Changes' or just shoot us a message and we'll take care of it from here. You can reach Beats 2 Geaux by phone at 318-596-0233.




But what about COVID?


To all of our amazing clients who have their weddings and special events booked with us. I wanted to take a moment to address any concerns you may have about the current events involving the Covid-19 Virus, cancellations and how it may affect your big day. ⁣

I wanted to personally let you know that the Beats 2 Geaux team is NOT going to bail on you. We are 1000% committed to your wedding date and have been working hard behind the scenes. I want to assure you that your safety and our teams safety is of utmost importance. Our team has been staying on top of current updates and following public LDH health & safety guidelines. Beats 2 Geaux is excited to bring the party. All systems are geaux!!

Let us all hope this situation is under control soon! Whatever you decide for your big day, if postponing, cancelling or rescheduling is needed due to restrictions put in place, we will make every effort to work with you. Your request can be submitted online by logging in to your event planner account at beats2geaux.com, selecting the event information page, scroll to bottom of the page, and select ‘Request Changes’

Do you offer financing?


In short, yes, on half. A 50% non-refundable booking retainer fee is due at the time of booking to confirm your booking and reserve your selected event date(s). Submit your retainer payment online by signing in to your planner account, and selecting the 'Make A Payment' option, or by calling us at (318) 596-0233. Once your payment is processed, your date reservation will instantly be "locked in". You can break up the remaining balance however you'd like. Once your booking is confirmed, sign in anytime to make payments on the remaining balance. Just pay off your account balance to $0 before your event date. Availability remains open to new potential bookings until your event has been confirmed. Due to limited availability, "Peak Season" dates may require a minimum purchase amount.
